Valentina Acava Mmaka: una vita vissuta tra il Sudafrica dell'apartheid, dove è cresciuta, l'Italia e il Kenya di oggi, dove sceglie di vivere contro i flussi migratori che dall'Africa si riversano in Italia.
E una missione: quella di tell the Africa overcoming stereotypes and the rhetoric of the continent ravaged by war and famine, disease and poverty, but also of platitudes that silenced the African peoples laziness and backwardness.
